Guam - iLearn Academy Charter School held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house this morning. Vice principal Rachel Alquero told KUAM News, "Our chairman of the board Frances Santos greeted everyone and welcomed everyone, Vince Leon Guerrero came and welcomed all of the parents, and just went into detail about the process of all the steps that it took to get iLearn Academy open and then our students performed a song."

After the performance parents toured the campus, where they witnessed students using robotics, iPads, and wireless systems in the classroom. Alquero said while the first month of school was definitely a challenge and learning experience, the school administration has finally settled in with a firm footing.
