Guam - An investigation has been launched to determine how a Department of Youth Affairs client managed to walk out of their Talofofo facility. According to deputy director Peter Alexis Ada just before midnight Sunday evening a male client was able to walk out of the cottage home facility. The client was apprehended about four hours later or around 4am Monday morning.
