High marks for Guam Housing Corp following audit

The Guam Housing Corporation was commended by the Guam Office of Public Accountability for its second consecutive year for having a clean audit, but auditors however did find three deficiencies in internal control relative to the First-Time Homeowner Assistance Program, the annual leave accrual process and lease agreements.
