Session agenda set for Monday

Guam - The agenda has been set for the first session of the 33rd Guam Legislature. Session is set for next week Tuesday and eight bills are up for discussion. Among the measures on the agenda include Senator Michael San Nicolas's Bill 4 that would rescind the pay raises for elected officials and political appointees, Senator Nerissa Underwood's Bill 35 establishing the First Generation Trust Fund Initiative and Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz's Bill 22 allowing the governor a half-million dollars in transfer authority to address a recent court order regarding the Department of Corrections. Session is set for 9am on Tuesday.
