Whooping cough confirmed in 5-month-old

Guam - Public Health has confirmed a third case of Pertussis in the territory. Also known as whooping cough it is a highly contagious bacterial disease of the respiratory tract. This latest case involves a five-month-old baby. Public Health is working to determine the source of the exposure. Parents are urged to make sure their child's immunizations are up to date.
