Guam - The woman accused of killing her two-month-old baby is pleading not guilty by reason of mental illness.

Melanie Borja was arrested late last year after her son's death was ruled a result of child abuse by neglect. As we've been reporting, Baby Joziah appeared malnourished and only weighed 6.6 pounds.

Court documents also note drug paraphernalia inside Borja's home and through interviews with her other children, Borja spent most of her time sleeping or spending time in the bedroom with her male house guests.

Borja's next court appearance is a criminal trial setting set for March 30 at 3pm.
