Guam - The Guam Visitors Bureau may have seen a decrease in its net position in Fiscal Year 2014, but it's still getting accolades from the Guam Office of Public Accountability. For the 5th consecutive year auditors note that GVB didn't have any material weaknesses or significant deficiencies. According to the Guam OPA report the reason the agency had a decrease in its net position was due to the increase in marketing and public relation activities needed in China and Japan.
