Guam - Just as the completion of the Guam Regional Medical City draws near, the Guam Fire Department on Friday signed off on a partial occupancy certificate for the new hospital's facility in Dededo. The permit applies only to the first and second floors for the installation of equipment and furniture only.
GRMC chief executive officer Margaret Bengzon called the permit an important milestone toward the hospital's opening set between the end of the first quarter and early part of the second quarter of this year.
