Guard, GovGuam emergency personnel testing readiness

Starting tomorrow the National Guard 94th Civil Support Team along with over 40 GovGuam and federal agencies will begin the Kontra I Piligru exercise which is designed to test the emergency response capabilities of the island's first responders.
