Guam - Senator Rory Respicio has introduced legislation that would demolish the Manuel F.L. Leon Guerrero Administration Building in Hagatna.
Bill 32 essentially includes the demolition of the decades-old structure as a project that would be covered under the Hotel Occupancy Tax bond law.
The building suffers from serious structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental issues that have rendered it unsafe to occupy.
