Guam - Not all are giving poor marks on GovGuam's financial plan.
Another item on GovGuam's chopping block is the closure of the Dededo Transfer Station.
In federal court Dededo mayor Melissa Savares stated that she and Yigo mayor Rudy Matanane canvassed northern residents.
The consensus was that villagers in fact preferred the Harmon Transfer Station because the new site will accept household hazardous waste.
The Harmon Transfer Station will open its doors for business tomorrow.
