Guam - Island residents will have another chance to provide comment on an effort to protect 23 threatened and endangered species in Guam and the CNMI.

The US Fish and Wildlife Service will be holding an informational meeting followed by a public hearing at the University of Guam On January 27th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

The 23 species proposed for listing include 14 plants, four tree snails, two butterflies, one insectivorous bat, one skink, and one damselfly. The public comment period closes on February 11.
