Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo has signed an executive order placing the Agency for Human Resource Development, under the Department of Labor. Additionally the governor appointed Maria Connelly to serve as DOL director. Connelly is no stranger to this position having served as director of the agency under former governor Felix Camacho's administration. Governor Calvo says he's confident she'll be able to lead DOL at a time when the island is anticipating growth across different industries, from construction to tourism to infrastructure.
