Guam - While they confessed to the bank robbery, Irvin White III and his father Jackery also admitted to an October 2014 burglary.

Assistant AG Jesse Nasis said, "The people are recommending $100,000 cash bail for each of the defendants for the reason they pose a danger to the community as stated in the declaration. These defendants broke into the Marianas Collections Agency of Guam where they stole a safe, they pried it open, and proceeded to burn the contents of that safe. Both defendants have admitted to this crime," he said.

The safe was discovered by Guam Waterworks employees in November 2014.

Jackery was also charged in a third case in which he confessed to burglarizing Attorney Gary Gumataotao's home in Windward Hills earlier this month and stealing Japanese currency.

He's also being held on $100,000 cash bail on the matter.
