Guam - 25-year-old Christopher Junior Quinata was arrested and charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, and family violence.
Court documents state that earlier this month, he allegedly forced his private parts on a minor victim when she was asleep. On another occasion, he got into an argument with the victim's sister who he shoved to the ground.
He was booked and confined.
