Guam - Tommy Afaisen and Irvin White III will head to trial later this month.
Last month the two men prompted a shutdown of parts of Tamuning after they allegedly robbed a man, stole his car, and opened fire at police in a high speed chase before fleeing on foot.
Although only Afaisen asserted his right to speedy trial, both are scheduled for jury trial and selection on January 26th before Judge Michael Bordallo.
