Guam -
An 18-year-old Department of Youth Affairs client was transported to Naval Hospital as a result of a fight that broke out

afternoon.


Police Spokesperson A.J. Balajadia confirms officers responded  to a report of an assault yesterday just before 
4:30
 in the afternoon.


According to Balajadia an 18 year old male client  was assaulted by a 16-year-old male client. He adds the 18- year-old was found in the 16-year-old's cell.


Balajadia says the 18-year-old suffered severe swelling to his facial area and what appeared to be a wound to the back of his head. 


The case has been forwarded to Juvenile Investigations for followup.
