Guam - Jose White Longa, one of three men accused of raping a 24-year-old woman in a Dededo park area, pleads guilty to second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony. His plea deal requires him to cooperate with the government and testify against his co-defendants Minorichy Rugante and Francis Madeus. Both men are slated for jury trial and selection on January 21. Longa faces up to twenty years in jail and up to a $10,000 fine following today's guilty plea. His sentencing is slated for April 15.
