Guam - The Supreme Court of Guam is scheduled to hear oral arguments in the Blue House Lounge appeal cases. Two former Guam Police Department officers, David Manila and Anthony Quenga were sentence last year to thirty years behind bars for criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, compelling prostitution, and official misconduct charges. In September 2013, they were found guilty for their role in connection to the former Upper Tumon illegal brothel.
Oral arguments in the Supreme Court were set for February 23. During today's hearing the government noted they may want to consolidate the appeals.
