Morrison bill equips recreation facilities

Guam - Senator Tommy Morrison introduced Bill 3 today. The measure would equip the island's community recreational facilities with much needed sports inventory. Specifically it would authorize the superintendent of the Department of Education, the director of Parks & Rec and mayors to purchase sports equipment and supplies.  The bill was co-sponsored by Senators Rory Respicio and Brant McCreadie.
