Guam - He allegedly attacked a man with a shovel, and in return, got shot at with a pellet gun.
According to court documents, the victim reported sitting outside his Hagatna home when China Papa came up to him yelling profanities. Papa then grabbed the shovel and swung at the victim.
Before police arrived, the victim's family came out and shot at Papa with a pellet gun.
China papa was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He was booked and confined.
