Guam - A lover's quarrel turned violent on Christmas Day.


Court documents show 37-year-old Brian Jason Martinez also known as "Brenda" allegedly attempted to run over his boyfriend.


The victim was walking in Mangilao when Martinez pulled up, got out of the car, and the two exchanged blows before Martinez got back in the car and attempted to run down his partner.


Court documents also note police found drug paraphernalia in Martinez's car.


He was arrested for attempted murder and drug charges.
