Couple accused of starving their kids is taking parenting classes

Guam - Positive progress to report for a family torn apart by allegations of child abuse.

Earlier this week Judge James Canto lifted a stay away order for Sterling Crisostomo, wife Leialoha, and their children. Pending the approval from Child Protective Services, the couple may have supervised visits with their children.

The parents are accused of starving their children, boarding them up inside their home, and forcing them to urinate in a cup.

The court noted that the couple are currently enrolled in a parenting classes.

The couple is slated to head to trial in June 2015.
