Guam - Do you know 34-year-old James Nicholas Corpuz? He's been wanted by police for over a week.

"This guy is a person of interest with the Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division," explained Office Paul Tapao, coordinator for Guam Crimestoppers.

Corpuz is wanted on two separate criminal sexual conduct and sexual assault complaints - what court documents show wouldn't be his first run-in with the law.

Back in November 2013 Corpuz was charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony. The magistrate's complaint indicates the victim was only 13-years-old when she reports Corpuz placed his hand between her legs as she waited outside her friend's house.

When Corpuz asked if he could touch her again, the female minor said no. When interviewed by police, the girl stated she was afraid to tell anyone because she feared the defendant's girlfriend would retaliate.

In January of this year, Corpuz signed a plea agreement with the government for child abuse as a misdemeanor as a lesser related offense of second degree CSC. But how much time did he serve behind bars? None. He was given a suspended sentence of one year and placed on one year supervised probation which he's failed to comply with.

For the allegations he faces today, Tapao says Corpuz could face serious jailtime as well as anyone hindering his arrest.

"We're reaching out to the community," he said. "Should you have or should you know the whereabouts of Corpuz please contact the Guam Police Department.  If anyone should know the whereabouts of Mr. Corpuz or if you're hindering him, we want to advise you that you could face charges for hindering apprehension."

Corpuz stands at 5'8" tall and weighs 170 pounds. He was last seen operating his 1994 Toyota Camry with plates TM-1630.
