Man arrested for slapping kids, 11 and 7

Guam - 44-year- old Harry Robert is arrested on family violence and child abuse charges.
According to court documents the female victim alleges Robert came home drunk one night and became angry. He allegedly slapped an 11-year old girl, pinched her and forced her head against the wall. He then slapped a 7 year old boy in the face and back. Their mother managed to intervene, but Robert is then accused of chocking her. When she managed to escape she alerted the neighbor to call for help. Robert was booked and confined.
