Guam - An auto shop employee is arrested for allegedly touching a female customer.
According to court documents, 51-year-old Eliseo Jacinto Tongol offered the woman discounts for the repairs. When she walked into the office, he allegedly slapped her butt. Although she believed it to be accidental at first, he then offered her a discount before moving closer and sliding his hand down her body towards her privates outside her clothing.
He again asked her how much of a discount she wanted and allegedly repeated the motion.
When interviewed by police, Tongol said he only touched the victim's stomach and that if he touched her privates, it was accidental and that she was a willing participant.
He was booked and confined.
