Guam - A biker pulled over for speeding is arrested on drug charges.

On his person, court documents state Jimmy Mori Borja didn't have a valid ID, insurance or registration.

What was most alarming however was when he emptied his pockets to reveal a glass pipe stained with frosty residue and a syringe.

Borja told police he used meth, owned the pipe, and had purchased a $100 plate of meth.

He was booked and confined.
