Guam - The Department of Youth Affairs is conducting an investigation after a 17-year-old male client escaped from a van earlier this afternoon.
According to DYA spokesperson William Castro, the male was one of eight non-violent clients being transported from Mangilao to the Talofofo Cottage Homes when he darted out of the vehicle.
Within the hour, he was apprehended by the Guam Police Department.
