Guam - A $96.6 million military contract has been awarded to CoreTech - Amec - Skec based out of Honolulu, Hawaii. The task order is for the construction of a hangar at Andersen Air Force Base. The structure will be built to sustain 170 miles per hour typhoon winds and meet all Seismic Zone Four earthquake criteria. It is scheduled to be completed by March 2017.
