Guam - Arthur Sango, the man accused of threatening to kill cops over Facebook, has been charged with three counts of terrorizing as a third degree felony.
But this isn't Sango's first run in with the law.
Assistant attorney general Teri Tenorio told KUAM News, "Based on the nature of this particular case, which is very similar to the case which he's on pre-trial release for rioting, the people believe that's insightful of violence and hate, and it's particularly disturbing in this case that its addressed towards law enforcement officers."
Sango allegedly commented on a Facebook video of Guam Police Department officers responding to an incident at Hemlani Apartments. Under the username "lostboy trash" Sango made threatening posts earlier this month against the four officers in the video.
Sango is being held behind bars on $10,000 cash bail.
