Guam - The one-year-old pulled from Guam waters over the weekend in a near drowning incident is making a speedy recovery.


According to Guam Memorial Hospital spokesperson June Perez, the baby girl is no longer in the pediatric ICU. As of today, the child is alert and in good condition.
