Guam - Although his condition hasn't improved, the man in last weekend's motorcycle spill returned home to Japan Wednesday night.

Guam Memorial Hospital spokesperson June Perez confirms the 33-year-old remains in critical condition and flew home via air ambulance.

It was on Sunday the cyclist lost control, hit a tree, and was thrown off his bike.

Highway patrol has since launched an investigation.
