Police seek Mangilao Subway robber

Guam - The Guam Police Department is searching for a man who robbed the Subway in Mangilao. According to acting police spokesperson officer Paul Tapao a man armed with a black hand gun walked in just after 10 o'clock and demanded cash. He ran out of the building with an undetermined amount out of cash. He was described as local, heavy build, light complexion and standing 5'7” in height. The suspect was wearing a dark gray long sleeve sweater, blue jeans, a black mask and red baseball cap.
Hours after this robbery another one occurred at the Mangilao Winchell's. Tapao said the robbery occurred just before four o'clock this morning. The suspect in this case was armed with a 10 inch kitchen knife. He walked in and ordered the cashier to open the register. When he ran out, a witness confronted him and tried to stop him. The suspect punched the witness, ran behind Guam Supermarket, got into a car and fled. He is described as local, light complexion, 5'7” – 5'8” in height, wearing a green shirt and black shorts. He was also using a dark shirt to cover his face.
