Agababa will face jury again

Guam - The man accused of killing his mother to collect her death benefits will face the jury again.
It was back in August 2013 Allan agababa was arrested and charged for murdering his mother Shelly bernstein.
Despite a trial earlier this year, jurors were unable to reach a verdict resulting in a mistrial.
Agababa's new trial date is scheduled to begin on april 1.
