Guam - The University of Guam Endowment Foundation has released Lina'la-Ta: A Musical Odyssey Adventure DVD which captures Guam's first ever Chamorro concert which was held last March.


Local music icon Johnny Sablan said, "In this DVD you got it all you got the pioneers that actually created and made the Chamorro music move forward we did this for the love of preserving our language and our culture we weren't thinking of any monetary or economic gain from it, it was just strictly for the love of keeping our language and culture alive through music."


Lina-La-Ta documents the show and the history of Guam. Each DVD is on sale for $29.95 at Payless Supermarkets and the funds raised will go towards the continued improvement of the University of Guam campus.
