Guam - The Gloria B. Nelson Public Service Building in Fadian, Mangilao is officially open for business. You can now take care of your power, water and waste water services involving GPA and GWA at the new consolidated facility. Business hours for GPA and GWA customer services are 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. daily, except on weekends and holidays. Construction on the 116,000 square foot facility began in July of last year.
