Teacher accused of inappropriately touching student

A high school teacher is arrested is accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl on the campus. 

Twenty-six-year-old Nicolas Jeffrey Flores Bailey is charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and harassment.

Court documents state the child told police the teacher inappropriately touched her – it allegedly happened inside a classroom.

Bailey denied the allegations but admitted to authorities that he texted another student asking if she had a boyfriend and sent her romantic memes.
