Three ventilators donated to GMH

Guam - Christmas came early this year for the Guam Memorial Hospital as they received a generous donation of vitally needed hospital equipment. GMH management and the GMH Volunteers Association unveiled three new ventilators and two medical transport vans.
GMH Volunteers Association president Beverly Lotz said their mission, "Is to help the hospital, it's patients, staff and visitors 0014 so we want to thank all of you for our corporate donors for assisting us to do that."
The daughters of Jerry Calvo and their family owned companies Cestseller and Cup & Saucer made a donation of $18,000. Through the donation, the GMH Volunteers Association was able to arrange a special onetime buy- one- take- two purchase/ trade-in deal for three new state of the art Carefusion Vela Ventilators valued at over $80,000. Guam Medical Transport president Clifford Shoemaker donated over $14,000 for a special bargain purchase of a 2002 Ford Super Duty One Ton Van along with an 1994 Ford Econoline Van both valued in total at over $50,000.
