Guam - After undergoing months of renovations, the Asan Bay Overlook Memorial Wall has reopened to the public. Over 100 panels were replaced with close to 18,000 names etched into black granite. The names are of those who died or suffered during the Japanese occupation and Guam liberation during World War II. Located at the top of Nimitz Hill, the park is open daily from 8am to 5pm.  An official rededication of the memorial wall is planned for early next year.
