PIC Cares makes donations to cancer organizations

Guam - PIC Cares, an organization comprised of the employees of PIC Guam, made significant donations to two local organizations assisting those battling cancer in our local community. PIC Cares donated $12,000 to Guam Cancer Care and $12,000 to the Edward M. Calvo Cancer Foundation respectively. The donations came from PIC Cares ongoing employee fundraisers which have included sports tournaments, and other team building employee exercises. The ceremony also included a luminary ceremony at the Saint Laguna Chapel dedicated to loved ones lost to cancer. The two organizations were selected by the employees of PIC because of their extensive work with cancer patients in the local community.
