Guam - Comments are due by the end of the week for the Chamorro Land Trust Commission's draft proposal of rules and regulations for commercial leases. Department of Land Management director Michael Borja says these rules are 20 years in the making and has since received dozens of comments since last month.

He told KUAM News, "We've had some very good positive feedback both oral and written and there are some recommendations people have made and we're looking into those right now. I'm looking to have a working group session later this week to go over the final details and any kind of documents and input that's turned into us."

Last month's public hearing on the draft rules was attended by over two dozen. Comments are being accepted until Friday, December 5th at the CLTC offices located on the third floor of the ITC Building in Tamuning.
