Mayors submit paperwork for games of chance at carnival

Guam - The Mayor's Council of Guam has submitted their documents to the Attorney General's Office related to the operation of games of chance being conducted at the building on the carnival grounds in Tiyan. According to AG spokesperson Carlina Charfauros the investigation is still underway. As we reported an investigation was prompted after outcry from the anti-gaming group Lina'la Sin Casino admonishing the events being held at the Tiyan establishment.
