Guam - There's been an outpour of messages and condolences for victims Cherrica Rasko Gallen, Saly Ana Edwin Santos, and Julia George. On KUAM's social media sites and the girls' personal Facebook pages show friends, family, and the community mourning their loss. According to DOE superintendent Jon Fernandez, because the girls were part of the DOE school system, DOE is availing counseling services to the schools.

"We deployed additional counselors over to the schools to assist and have been in contact with their administrator to determine how better to support those needs I know I went to Simon Sanchez this morning it was already a prearranged visit I actually went by the area where the incident took place just because you get shocked whenever you hear such bad news and whenever it such young people," he said.

Fernandez visited the Yigo campus this morning where he reports an estimated 20 students were affected and have asked for counseling.
