Guam - Jennifer Elise McCain was arrested on drug charges.


Court documents state police observed McCain walking in the village of Agat late at night and that her eyes were bloodshot and watery.


As she pulled out her ID, officers saw a transparent pink straw with a white crystal substance within. She reportedly told police that the item was "a fifty plate."


A test of the suspected drugs returned positive for amphetamines.


She was booked and confined.
