The Guam Police Department believes it has identified the suspect driver involved in Saturday morning's fatal hit and run incident in Yigo. However, according to police spokesperson AJ Balajadia, no arrests have been made at this time at the investigation continues.

Guam - The Guam Police Department believes it has identified the suspect driver involved in Saturday morning's fatal hit and run incident in Yigo. However, according to police spokesperson AJ Balajadia, no arrests have been made at this time at the investigation continues.
Two 16-year-olds and a 20-year-old (all females) died after being hit by the car along Chalan Ramirez. According to the Natewined Foundation founder and executive director Eddie Nathan Winis, the girls are Cherrica Rasko Gallen, Saly Ana Edwin, and Julia George.
The Natewined Foundation is a non-profit organization established earlier this year to empower local Micronesians as well as address issues affecting them.
Winis confirms a candlelight vigil will be held for the girls on Saturday, December 6 at the accident site in Yigo.
