Guam - 24-year-old Jesse Anthony Gogue Cruz was arrested and charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony.
According to court documents, he allegedly sexually assaulted a female minor known to him and told her not to tell anyone about the incident that occurred back in October 2013.
Cruz was booked and confined.
