Guam - It's a good day for Department of Education employees as retro-active pay checks for active employees on the General Pay Plan have been released. The checks will cover 50% of the pay increase employees did not receive when the Competitive Wage Act was implemented for the months of January to September.
As for former DOE employees, they will be notified as soon as the retroactive checks are ready.
