Draft policy for commercial leases available for public review

It's been 20 years in the making and now the Chamorro Land Trust Commission is in the process of finalizing rules and regulations for commercial leases that could result in millions of dollars in revenue.

Guam - It's been 20 years in the making and now the Chamorro Land Trust Commission is in the process of finalizing  rules and regulations for commercial leases that could result in millions of dollars in revenue. The CLTC recently completed its review and formulation internally of draft commercial rules and regulations which are now available for public feedback.  You can view it at the Department of Land Management or online at dlm.guam.gov.

The public hearing meanwhile is set for this November 20 at 1pm at the Land Management Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the ITC Building in Tamuning.
