Guam - It was back in September when the Guam Police Department launched an investigation into missing funds within the Department of Rev & Tax. And while information was limited then, DRT director John Camacho tells KUAM today that it was $18,000 in cash and some checks that went missing from the Collections Division.
"It's still under investigation right now, but as far as taking necessary actions, we have looked at some administrative actions on some of the employees, so that's something where we're at right now, but it's still ongoing and it hasn't been resolved right now," he said.
As he mentioned back in September, several employees were being interviewed as part of the investigation.
