Grant awarded to help vets avoid homelessness

Guam - Veterans at risk of homelessness will be able to find help in Guam from Westcare Pacific Islands. Westcare Pacific Islands has been awarded a $700,000 Supportive Services for Veterans and Families Grant. This marks the first substantial VA grant to a non profit community based organization in Guam.
